Fd2r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using fd2r's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fd2r platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use fd2r's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fd2r as the platform operator. fd2r reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The fd2r platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of fd2r services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
Information required during registration includes your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and password. All such information will be processed in accordance with fd2r's Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. fd2r recommends using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an fd2r user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for fraudulent activity, misconduct, or system manipulation
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unauthorised benefits
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing, selling, or transfering your account to another party
- Spreading false or misleading information about fd2r or its users
- Attempting to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's security systems
Fd2r reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing accounts, against any user who breaches these rules. Any winings obtained through illegitimate means may be voided.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the fd2r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, Maybank2U, and CIMB Clicks. fd2r is not liable for any transaction failures caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- Minimum deposit: RM 10 (subject to your chosen payment method)
- Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request
- The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on your fd2r account
- Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 business days
- Fd2r reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals
- Deposits made are non-refundable except under circumstances specified in fd2r's refund policy
Any transaction disputes must be reported to fd2r customer support within 7 days of the transaction date. fd2r will not consider complaints submitted after this period.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Fd2r shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if fd2r has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Fd2r's maximum liability for any user claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Fd2r reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering detected
- User violates any provision of these terms
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- Registration details found to be false or incomplete
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the fd2r platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of fd2r or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from fd2r.
The fd2r platform may contain links to third-party websites. fd2r does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access those websites entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law and Amendments to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
Fd2r reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have come into effect.
